CARE & MAINTENANCE
Dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the quality of the fabrics. In case of a snag or wear, do not discard the piece: it is guaranteed for life and we repair it in our atelier.

Yes, free of charge. You have thirty days after receipt to return or exchange a piece. Refunds are processed within five business days.

Coulange has no physical store: the collection is available exclusively online, which allows us to focus our resources on making the pieces.
