Shipping policy

Order processing

All our pieces are made by hand in our workshop in France. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Delivery times and costs

In mainland France, we ship via Colissimo or DHL depending on the package format, with express delivery within 48 hours. Delivery is free on all of our orders.

International delivery

Internationally we ship via DHL Express. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are covered by Coulange and included in the price paid at the time of the order (shipping in DDP, Delivered Duty Paid): no additional costs will be requested from you by the carrier or by customs upon receipt of your package.

Tracking and receiving

A tracking number will be sent to you by email. In the event of a damaged or lost package, contact us as soon as possible at info@coulange1918.com so that we can find a solution.
