"September. The workshop picks up its rhythm. The looms have delivered the first cloths."
In the workshop courtyard, in Mayenne, the rolls of Italian cashmere are unloaded with care. This material tolerates neither haste nor roughness. It's the artisans' back-to-work season.
Those who were on leave return to their posts. Hands find their marks on the machines once more. The scent of new fabric fills the workshop. Coulange 1918 prepares to dress the winter ahead.
Back to Cashmere
This season, the Maison presents three masterpieces to face September with poise:
- B25 Cashmere Bomber — The direct heir to RAF aviator jackets, reinvented in double-faced Italian cashmere. Nine hours of assembly for a garment that will span decades.
- G12 Cashmere Jacket — The one that weighs nothing and commands everything. Hand-combed Italian cashmere, straight cut, three buttons.
- C21 Bomber — The back-to-school bomber. Light enough for September, structured enough for the office.
Each piece is handmade in the Mayenne workshop. Materials are sourced with exacting standards: Italian cashmere, heavyweight cotton twill, genuine horn buttons.
