Lifetime repair

Our commitment

Every Coulange piece can come back to our workshop in France to be repaired, for as long as you wear it.

We make our jackets ourselves. We know how they are cut, sewn and finished: that is what allows us to repair them, years later.

What we repair

Seams, fastenings, buttons, linings, tears: we restore the piece in our workshop. A quote is sent to you before any work is done.

Write to us with a photo and your order number. We will explain how to send the piece back to the workshop.

This service is in addition to your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Buying a Coulange jacket means buying a piece made to last for decades, in natural or recycled materials chosen for how they hold up over time.
