You can request a return ( refund ) or exchange for each item purchased on the Confections-Coulange.com online store within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must obey our return policy:
• They must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all labels in place and in their original packaging
• The package can only be shipped from the country in which it was delivered
• Less than 30 days must have passed since delivery of the order by the carrier
