Coulange delivers in France and internationally. Delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in the world.
How long will it take for me to be delivered?
Delivery times are estimated between 4 and 7 working days, ensured by our partner UPS.

Yes, delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase, anywhere in the world.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my items?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return your items. Returns are free, except for personalized pieces. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are offered within 30 days of receipt. Contact our customer service to arrange the exchange of your part.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Credit Cards, PayPal, Alipay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment in 3X or 4X without fees is available with our partner ONEY.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are protected by SSL encryption and our payment partners adhere to the highest security standards.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by email upon confirmation of your order. You can also download it from your customer area.

Where are Coulange clothes made?
All our pieces are entirely handmade in our workshop in France, perpetuating artisanal know-how passed down since 1918.
How do the clothes fit?
Our clothing is designed to offer a true to size fit, according to European standards. Choose your usual size. If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend the larger size.
How do I maintain my Coulange piece?
We recommend professional dry cleaning to preserve the quality of noble fabrics. For linen and cotton, cold washing inside out is possible. Consult the care label for your part.
Are the clothes guaranteed?
All our parts are guaranteed for life. This guarantee demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our artisanal manufacturing and our exceptional materials.
Do you offer tailor-made products?
Yes, we offer a customization service to create the piece that suits you. Contact us to make an appointment with our workshop.

What materials do you use?
We select noble and sustainable materials: exceptional cashmere, French linen, long fiber cotton, wool, full grain leather, natural silk. All our fabrics are 100% natural or recycled, sourced in France, Italy and Japan.
