What is the lifetime guarantee policy at Coulange?
Coulange products are made with exceptional craftsmanship and premium materials to protect you in the most extreme weather conditions. We offer a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship for Coulange products purchased from authorized distributors. If a product has a manufacturing defect, Coulange undertakes to repair it free of charge or to replace it, at its discretion. If no identical product is available, a product of equivalent value and similar style will be provided. Please note that all knitwear, footwear, accessories and collaborations are excluded from our warranty program unless otherwise stated.
However, our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear of the product. We also do not cover items with interior tags removed. If the damage is not covered by the warranty, Coulange may offer to repair it at a reasonable cost. If necessary, we will discuss the repairs to be made with the customer before carrying out any repairs.

What does "product life" mean?
Coulange products, covered by the lifetime warranty, are fully guaranteed for their original owner for the useful life of the product. This is not your lifespan, although some customers have used our products for over 30 or 40 years!
What does "normal product wear" mean?
Although we manufacture all of our products to our highest standards, the condition of a garment used every day in the harshest conditions will deteriorate much faster than that of a product worn only once or twice a year. Over time, all products will eventually show signs of age and wear, such as fabric fading or frayed cuffs. We take this into account when assessing your warranty claim, and your product may simply have reached its end of life.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Tears and other damage are not covered under warranty, but your Coulange product can be repaired by our repair department at a reasonable cost. In the event of improper care or neglect (product stored while wet, product stored in an airless environment, or failure to follow care label instructions), damage to the product is not covered. by the warranty.
